2. Quotations, Packages & Pricing

  • All packages and quotations are provided after an initial enquiry and consultation with the client.
  • We aim to provide reasonable and transparent pricing tailored to the client’s specific needs.
  • Quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Pricing is subject to change depending on the scope of work, urgency, or special requirements.

3. Payments & Advance Policy

  • Clients are required to pay 50% of the total quotation amount in advance before the commencement of any project.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid immediately after completion of services and prior to final delivery.
  • No final files, website access, campaign rights, or creative content will be handed over until the balance is cleared.
  • Payments must be made via authorized methods (Bank Transfer, UPI, Cheque, or other official channels communicated by us).

4. Service Delivery & Client Responsibilities

  • Timelines will be communicated at the proposal stage; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or client delays in providing required materials.
  • Clients must provide all relevant information, images, videos, content, and approvals on time.
  • Rama Advertising Agency will not be responsible for delays caused by lack of client cooperation.
  • Any requests beyond the agreed scope of work will be charged separately.

5. Revisions & Changes

  • Minor corrections or adjustments within the agreed scope are included.
  • Major revisions, new features, or significant changes requested after the project begins will be billed separately.
  • Revisions must be requested within 7 working days of receiving the deliverables.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If the client cancels the project midway, charges for completed work will apply, and no refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where services were not initiated by Rama Advertising Agency due to internal reasons.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All designs, campaigns, content, and digital assets created by Rama Advertising Agency remain our intellectual property until the project is fully paid.
  • After the final payment, ownership rights of approved deliverables are transferred to the client.
  • Rama Advertising Agency reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Confidentiality

  • We ensure the confidentiality of all client information, strategies, and business data shared with us.
  • Clients are equally required not to misuse or replicate any internal processes, tools, or materials provided by Rama Advertising Agency.

9. Disclaimer of Guarantees

  • While we strive for measurable success, Rama Advertising Agency does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as follower count, ranking, or sales, as these depend on multiple external factors.
  • Our role is to provide professional execution and strategy to improve brand presence and visibility.

10. Website Terms of Use

a. Embedded Content from Other Websites

  • Articles or pages on our site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, articles, ads, images).
  • Embedded content behaves as if the user has visited the original source website.
  • Such websites may collect data, use cookies, and track user interactions independently of Rama Advertising Agency.

b. What Data We Collect
